If you wanted to improve your line dancing skills, then tonight, Feb. 6, at Rossi’s 1906 just might be the place to do it. The Kickin’ Country Girls will be teaching line dancing starting at 8 p.m. followed by a show from Diamond Ridge. The act promises to break that thought that all country bands sound alike, with their own twist of country blended with rock, what they call “modern country.” Saturday, Feb. 7, it’s Mr. Rossi’s inaugural Saints and Sinners Ball, with a mardi gras theme that will feature T-Luke and the Tight Suits, Dixie Giants Brass Band, DJ Hi-C and more. The evening starts with gumbo and folks are encouraged to dress in the wildest outfits they can find. That night also kicks off at 8 p.m. and tickets for both nights can be purchased at the door.
Burgers and Vine presents DJ Hi-C tonight, Feb. 6 for a night of dance music. Showtime is 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, it’s DJ music Maya Dynasty Sound, also kicking off at 9:30 p.m. There is no cover either night.
The Annex Wine Bar presents Kristen and Kyle tonight, Feb. 6, playing folk and country classics kicking off at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, it’s Wildflower Weed playing “Hippie Mountain Music.” Saturday also kicks off at 7:30 p.m. There is no cover but the venue is 21 and over only.
Adobe Road Winery has an open acoustic jam in the tasting room on Sunday, Feb. 8, kicking off at 4:30 p.m. Musicians are welcome to bring their own acoustic instruments; guitars, kazoos, dulcimers, banjos, bongos etc. The venue will also have wines by the glass and cheese plates available.
Showcase the Band will be at the Moose Lodge on Sunday, Feb. 8, for a dance party that kicks off at 4 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door.
The Erik James Tasting Room has music tonight, Feb. 6, with Macy Charlie Hickox, “Snakebite” Jacobs and Roy Blumenfeld kicking off at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, it’s Caroline Dahl, Tim Eschliman and Vince Littleton, also for a 7 p.m. show. There is no cover either night, but there is a $10 minimum.
The Plaza Bistro welcomes the Wayne de la Cruz Organ Trio tonight, Feb. 6, for a 7 p.m. start. There is no cover.
HopMonk Tavern Sonoma has Ivory Arrows tonight, Feb. 6 for an 8 p.m. showtime. Saturday, Feb. 7, it’s Billy Shaddox and Dave Mulligan, also for an 8 p.m. start.
Murphy’s Irish Pub has the Cork Pullers tonight, Feb. 6, kicking off at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, it’s Andrew Freeman, also for an 8 p.m. show. Sunday, Feb. 8, it’s an early show with the Tonewoods taking the stage at 6:30 p.m.
The Blue Moon Salon has Karaoke on Saturday, Feb. 7, starting at 9 p.m. It’s the continuation of the blues jam on Sunday, Feb. 8, starting at 9:30 p.m. There is no cover.
